If they can, they should see to it that they get as much as seven hours of sleep daily. This is a standard.

If the person is already suffering from sleeping diseases such as sleep apnea, then they should remember to have their conditions evaluated and treated. The person will have to follow the prescriptions of the doctor for this so that the body will be kept healthy. This also helps fight the illness that one has.

De-stress. Stress is one of the many factors for the body's weakness. That is the reason why it is recommended for people to de-stress every once in a while. They should also learn to recognize the things that cause them stress. If they do, then they can either eliminate these things or adjust their attitude towards them.
