The Shield of WWE Could Utilize Workout Supplements

By Rob Sutter

Wrestling stables are very important to build new stars collectively and today, the Shield is the greatest example I've seen in a while. Unlike other groups where you have one definitive leader and the rest of the people seem to be mere minions, the Shield is much more of a cohesive unit. There isn't exactly a leader and each of the three members of the group receives time to show off their skills. I believe that these skills can only be heightened thanks to a variety of workout supplements.

While there isn't a leader, per se, I think that the one who comes closest is Dean Ambrose. Out of the three members of the Shield, he's the one who's regarded as the best speaker and the one who possesses better cognition than his teammates. In order to keep these kinds of features alive, I have all of the reason in the world to believe that amino acids could help him out greatly. They would be able to grant him energy and allow him to perform on a high level.

WWE seems to shy away from the term "wrestler" but I think that Seth Rollins is the performer who best personifies this. I say such a thing because he is able to perform with just about anyone in the ring and his maneuvers are quite hard-hitting, such as the stomp at the back of someone's head into the mat. He needs to stay strong in order to continue going about such risky moves, though, and a lean form will thank him for it. I believe that creatine products would very helpful.

These products are supported by the likes of Muscular Development and for good reasons. These workout supplements have the end goal of building strength in the long run and there's no other member of the Shield that personifies this aspect better than Roman Reigns. He's easily the powerhouse of the group, being able to take care of the heavy work by utilizing powerbombs and fierce tackles alike. He has to be able to perform these moves on anyone and protein powder is one such component I can see being an asset.

Workout supplements can come in great handy for anyone who's athletic but wrestlers may need those most of all. They are the ones who constantly work and seeing as how there is little in the way off an offseason, they have to be able to sustain themselves as the future unfolds. The Shield is just one piece of the future's puzzle, albeit a sizable piece. Seeing as how the group is composed of thee dynamic personalities without much in the way of direct similarities, the supplements in question can prove useful.
